Comments: Oddibe just can't win with Topps can he? In the other card I featured from him a while back, it also has just a random head shot of him. Two years in a row with no action photos. That must have been a little annoying. Bible verse time! This time, we have Revelations 3:20...

Oddibe McDowell

Comments: Pretty quick turnaround from Oddible - just 10 days. Pretty sweet to get a 1987 Topps card signed by a guy that wore the number "0" while playing for the Rangers. While wearing the number "1" is pretty cocky, wearing number "0" is just plain begging for attention. Oddible straighten himself out later in his career by wearing the number 20 with the Indians, the number 1 with the Braves, and number 8 when he had his second go-around with the Rangers.

Oddibe is one of a few players that also inscribes a bible verse along with his autograph. On this card, he references Romans 8:28
