Not my best day. I was actually pretty sore most of the week due to my first softball game of the season. Whoops! I got in a good enough place on the morning of the race to put in a good effort, but I felt the soreness from the start line. Combined with being under-trained, it was a recipe for a rough last few miles. I was pretty much toast after 20.
