Running friend Linda and me before the Emerald Miles race in Newport on Saturday March 11. I would have posted this earlier, but Blogger took a crap last week when trying to upload images. As for the race, I did a 22:12... not bad for no 5ks in a long time. Plus, it was raining pretty hard that morning.
