Bend, Oregon
G and I are out in Bend, Oregon right now. We've been able to get a couple of runs in during our stay. Above is a photo from our run today at Shevlin Park. It was fantastic. More photos later.

Wow. With the heat here in Cincy, I feel like I haven't run in forever. Also, I never run on vacation, so I'm jealous of your dedication! You're like the healthiest couple I know.

It's so beautiful out here... it would have been a shame if we didn't run. We got out this morning again and ran along the Deschutes river by where we are staying. There are tons of trails and paths around here - so many options to get out the put a few miles in.

Oh, and The Shins played at the amphitheater that is RIGHT behind our hotel. Too bad we couldn't go, that would have been pretty sweet.
